The University of Washington is bringing back a summer centerpiece for Husky football supporters on Aug. 22, inviting fans to Husky Stadium for a reimagined Fan Fest that leads into a free intrasquad mock game and team picture day.
What to expect at Fan Fest
The event—previously called Raise the Woof—will offer opportunities for season ticket holders to meet players for photos and autographs, listen to remarks from head coach Jedd Fisch, and enjoy family-friendly entertainment on the stadium field. Organizers say there will be yard games, a Husky Band and Cheer performance, face painting, bouncy houses and giveaways. Fans will also have a chance to see student-athletes from other Husky teams and meet Dubs, the university mascot.
Schedule, tickets and logistics
Gates at the southeast entrance open at 4:20 p.m. Fan Fest admission is $5 and tickets are available at GoHuskies.com/FBTickets. The mock game on the field begins at 6:30 p.m., and seating for that portion is free on the 100-level on a first-come, first-served basis. Fans may reserve up to 12 general-admission Fan Fest tickets per transaction. Club and suite-level access will not be available for this event.
