Police detain suspect after Friday night shooting
Residents near the 300 block of S. 8th St. in Kansas City, Kansas, saw a heavy police and medical response Friday evening after a man was found inside an apartment with gunshot wounds. He was declared dead at the scene, according to the Kansas City, Kansas Police Department.
