Madison resident Camille T. Siedelmann, 91, died Friday, July 10, 2026, leaving behind a large family and a community memory tied to faith, music and service. Family members said Siedelmann had been a longtime resident of Delavan before moving to Madison.
Siedelmann was born June 7, 1935, in Chicago to John and Angela (Costante) Proce. She married Ronald Siedelmann on June 3, 1973; he preceded her in death in 2011. She later married Mario Colello, who also predeceased her.
Survivors include five children — Michael (Victoria) Marr; Linda (Dan) Schmalz; Anita (Robert) Smith; Tom (Pam) Siedelmann; and Ron Siedelmann Jr. — as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family also listed her brother Robert (Joyce) Proce and sister-in-law Valorie Proce among those who survive her, along with nieces, nephews and other relatives.
She "leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, family, music, and service."
Services and remembrances
Visitation and the Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Delavan. The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Shriners Hospitals for Children or a local animal shelter.
